Terms & Conditions

The Season Passcard holders (hereinafter described as the “the Licensee”) in purchasing the transponder/windscreen tag/passcard agrees to become the Licensee of SCP Parking Sdn Bhd / SCP Assets Sdn Bhd (hereinafter described as“The Company”) under following terms and conditions:

Subject to the discretion and upon approval by the Company of an application, The Company may upon the payment of a licence fee, grant a licence to the Licensee to use a designated car parking area and issue the Licensee with a confirmation on registration of vehicle number/transponder/windscreen tag/passcard. Each season parking license is entitledto one vehicle number/transponder/windscreen tag/passcard only.
The Licensee, its servant, agents, and invitees shall pursuant to the licence granted use the designated car parking areas and occupy the car parking bays at their own risk and hereby release The Company, its servant, its agents, and invitees from all claims and demands the full extent of every kind resulting from accident, theft, damage or injury to person or property however caused occurring in or upon the car parking area. The Licensee shall be responsible for and to indemnify The Company against all damages occasioned to the car parking areas or to any person caused by the default or negligence of the Licensee, its servants, agents and invitees and to pay and make good to The Company all and every loss and damage sustained by The Company.
Season parking licence fees are to be paid in advance before the commencement of the approved parking licence period.
The Licensee is required to pay a licence deposit for the registered vehicle number/transponder/windscreen tag/passcard which the licence deposit is refundable upon termination and return of the transponder/windscreen tag/passcard in good condition within 1 month, failing which all licence deposits shall be forfeited. The Company hereby reserves the right to set off against the licence deposit any outstanding amount owned by the Licensee.
The Licensee shall pay a licence deposit upon season parking licence application ofwhich the same shall be refunded upon termination of the season parking licence facilities. The Company hereby reserves the right to set off against the licence deposit any outstandingamount owned by the Licensee.
Licence fee shall be paid in accordance with the payment term stipulated by The Company. The Company hereby reserves the right to vary the payment term without having to give any prior written notice from time to time.
Refunds are by cheques and payable strictly to the name of the Licensee as per the official invoice issued.
If any of the following conditions are breached, the Licensee will be treated as a casual parker and charged according to the enforced parking rates:
1. Parking stickers issued by the Company must be displayed on the windscreen.
2. All season parking vehicles must have a valid vehicle registration number/transponder/windscreen tag/passcard/parking sticker.
3. The Licensee must notify the Company immediately of any change in vehicle or vehicle registration number for necessary change in The Company’s records.
4. All season parking vehicles must correspond with all details including vehicle registration numbers registered in the Company’s records.
5. The season parking license is strictly non-transferable.
6. The Licensee’s season parking license must be valid at the time of exit.
The Licensee is wholly responsible for the safekeeping of the transponder/windscreen tag/passcard from being lost/damaged. Any declaration of lost/damaged shall result in the licence deposit being forfeited and the same shall be replaced upon payment of a replacement licence deposit fee to the Company.
Any Licensee intending to renew the season parking licence shall prior to the date of expiration of the current license period, pay parking fees in accordance with clause 3 herein before. Failing so, a Late Payment Fee of RM10.00 or any other fees stipulated will be imposed.
The Licensee must maintain continuous and timely payments throughout the duration of their season parking license. Failing so, the season parking shall be barred upon one (1) month of non-payment/delinquent payment. To reinstate the season parking licence, the Licensee is required to pay a Reconnection Fee equivalent to half a month's licence fee of the season parking fees.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any/all season parking account(s) of the Licensee that has been inactive or barred for after two (2) consecutive months. In the event of such termination, the Licensee’s deposits will be forfeited, and if the Licensee intends to renew their season parking, new applications are required.
The Company reserves the right to relocate any reserved parking bays without prior notice. This may be necessary for reasons including, but not limited to, maintenance, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company will endeavor to provide an alternative reserved parking bay should the Licensee’s season parking license remain active. The Company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such relocations.
The Company reserves the right to remove or replace any placard without notice if the Licensee’s seasonal parking license is discontinued upon termination or non-payment/delinquent payment. Subject to availability of the car park bay, the placard shall be replaced upon payment by the Licensee to reactivate their season parking license.
The Company shall impose Administration fees of RM50.00 in lieu of any dishonored cheques.
A fee of RM10.00 will be imposed on the Licensee for replacement/changing of each vehicle registration number.
The Licensee must give the Company a full calendar month advance written notification of intention to terminate the season parking. A full calendar month parking charge shall be imposed on the Licensee for the following month in which termination is to be effected on the last day of the following month.
Season parking is only allowed for parking of vehicles and no other activities or purpose is allowed.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the season parking from any Licensee who is found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions herein and no refund of licence deposit or licence fee will be granted.
The Company shall reserve the right to increase the season parking licence fees, at such time as it deems fit. Notification of this increase shall be served on the Licensee or by displaying such notice at the car park booth/car park areas/The Company’s site office, websites or season payment portal.
Any Written notice by either party shall be deemed sufficiently served if it is left at the address of the respective parties herein stated or emailed to the Licensee’s registered email address in the last mentioned case. The services shall be deemed to be made at the time when the registered letter or email would be in the ordinary course of post or email be delivered.
Please be aware that payment reminder emails are sent as a courtesy only. The Licensee is responsible for managing their own account(s). The Company is not responsible for any reminder emails that are not received, whether they are in the inbox or junk email folder. Any changes in email addresses must be promptly updated by the Licensee within the Company’s season payment portal.
The Licensee is required to pay a full month’s licence fee for commencement of parking on or before the 15th day of the month while half a month of parking fee shall be charged for commencement after 15th of the month.
The Company will not entertain any temporary cessation of season parking licence facility by the Licensee. Any Licensee who wishes to do so will be treated as having their season parking licence facilities terminated with immediate effect. The Licensee who wishes to continue with the season parking licence facility at a later date will have to apply as a new applicant and approval of this application is solely at the discretion of The Company.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw the season parking license from any Licensee and it is deemed sufficiently served by a written notice or email.
The licence for reserved parking bays are enforced from 7.00am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri) / 7.00am to 1.00pm (Sat) or at any other time as may be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
Time shall be of essence of this agreement. No time or other indulgence granted by The Company shall in any way affect its right under the term and conditions herein.
The Company reserves the right to alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice and any decisions made by The Company are final.
